I started using this coffee for the collagen a couple of years ago but soon learned that it also works as an appetite surpressant (due to the chromium maybe). The added vitamins is a bonus and it tastes amazing.

My skin feels smoother with a nice glow, I experience less cellulites and I do loose weight when I swap this for ex breakfast.
